Some questions I’ve been mulling over lately…
- do we show our students that we love to learn?
- do we show enough respect for our students?
- do we acknowledge our students as people with issues that can be more important than what is taking place in our classroom?
- do we recognize that how we make our students feel is probably more important than the content we deliver?
I don’t have the answers to these questions but I would love to hear your feedback.
Such good points. IMO the first and last point are the bookends in between which effective learning can take place.
